Principal Product Designer (P6)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX; Arlington, VA; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA, with availability to work from a US office hub at least two days per week or eight days per month.

Salary: $230,000–$320,000 base annual salary, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design vision for Partner Hub, Performance Intelligence, analytics, and reporting surfaces.
• Translate behavioral and performance signals into enterprise experiences that drive insight, trust, and action.
• Lead 0→1 design work on ambiguous, high-stakes problems and establish a clear strategic point of view.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and People Science to shape problem framing and roadmap priorities.
• Design scalable UX patterns for varied organizational structures, program configurations, and reporting needs.
• Contribute to design culture, foundational design systems, and company-wide AI strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, including sustained work at a consumer or B2B SaaS company.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, systems-level thinking, polished execution, and strong design judgment.
• Deep experience designing enterprise B2B surfaces, including administrative workflows, data-dense dashboards, permissions, and two-sided B2B-to-B2C interactions.
• Track record of leading complex, multi-year design initiatives with measurable product and user-experience impact.
• Ability to influence product and engineering direction at VP and executive levels through clear communication, craft, and strategic judgment.
• Active use of AI tools in design practice and the ability to apply AI capabilities to product experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in coaching, HR tech, behavioral health, or human development platforms.
• Experience with enterprise buyer and administrator workflows, analytics, reporting, and account management in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with two-sided marketplace or platform design across B2B and B2C surfaces.
• Experience integrating AI into analytics or personalization products.
• External presence as a speaker, writer, or design community contributor.
