What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for complex infrastructure issues and inquiries.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Support the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare incident reports, configuration details, and other infrastructure documentation.
• Apply technical knowledge, critical thinking, and established best practices to infrastructure service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience analyzing infrastructure technology.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to maintain current industry and technology knowledge.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+ certification.
