CNC Machinist 2

Location: Lawrence, Massachusetts, United States; onsite

Pay range: $17.31–$32.12 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.

What you will do

• Operate CNC lathe equipment and ensure correct machine operation.
• Machine, deburr, clean, and inspect parts for dimensional and visual conformity.
• Monitor tool wear and make dimensional adjustments using offsets.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately.
• Communicate and resolve machining problems with the supervisor while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school or trade school diploma.
• 3+ years of CNC machinist or machine operator experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, reliably, and with limited supervision.
• Some positions may require U.S. person status to access controlled goods and technologies under ITAR or EAR.
