What you will do
- Build AI infrastructure architecture for cross-border e-commerce and implement architectural standards.
- Lead top-level architecture design for complex technical projects and break down execution steps.
- Develop and optimize GPU resource scheduling within Kubernetes or Ray.
- Improve GPU cluster fault recovery and implement elastic fault tolerance through checkpointing.
- Build cluster efficiency evaluation models and measure computing resource utilization using MFU and HFU.
- Track emerging AI infrastructure technologies and introduce solutions aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI infrastructure, distributed systems, high-performance computing, or large-scale cloud platform development.
- Proficiency in Python, data structures, algorithms, and rigorous coding practices.
- Hands-on experience with GPU/NPU architecture and optimization using CUDA C/C++ or Triton.
- Deep understanding of the source code and runtime mechanisms of PyTorch, Megatron-LM, or DeepSpeed.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to follow advanced AI infrastructure trends.
