Senior Software Engineer - Enterprise Engineering (Fullstack)

Location: Remote from anywhere in Brazil, with the option to work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

What you will do

• Design, build, ship, and operate software products for corporate functions such as People and Legal.
• Develop backend services, integrations, user-facing applications, and automation for manual workflows.
• Own and govern data products used by corporate teams to operate, make decisions, and report.
• Integrate third-party SaaS platforms and internal services through RESTful APIs.
• Work directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows, scope solutions, and deliver products.
• Monitor, observe, measure performance, and continuously evolve production services.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience with proficiency in Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Python, or another programming language.
• Experience taking products end to end across backend services, integrations, and user-facing components.
• Strong understanding of database design and evolution, software architecture, RESTful APIs, testing, version control, and deployment automation.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, performance tracking, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Fluent Portuguese and advanced English required for communication with international coworkers, suppliers, and partners.
• Ability to work from Brazil is required.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, HRIS, and ticketing tools.
• Experience working with People, Legal, Finance, or other non-engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring software engineers and using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, containers, and container orchestration such as Kubernetes.
