Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; in-office 4 days a week

Salary: $105,600–$145,200 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Terraform infrastructure as code for reliable and scalable cloud environments.
• Build and improve observability for monitoring, logging, and alerting with tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Sumo Logic, and Splunk.
• Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, and related tooling.
• Automate operational workflows and evaluate systems for reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and create long-term technical solutions and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, review technical designs, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain operational documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of technical experience owning production infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, Terraform, containerization, and Kubernetes or comparable technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Argo CD, Helm, or GitHub.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, incident management, networking, and security concepts.

Nice to have

• Specialized SRE observability experience with New Relic or Datadog.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, AIOps, MLOps, or SecOps.
