Product Manager, Financing (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; candidates are preferred to be based in Toronto and must comply with the team's hybrid work schedule.

Annual base pay: CAD 152,313.00–CAD 165,557.50, with potential equity, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation.

What you will do

• Own the financing product plan, roadmap, requirements, epics, sequencing, and execution against business outcomes.
• Build shared capabilities for eligibility, offer presentation, routing, and messaging across multiple financing partners.
• Own the full-funnel financing experience, including affordability awareness, prequalification, cart, checkout, pricing, terms, and promotions.
• Work with Data Science on eligibility signals, offer targeting, personalized purchase power, metrics, and structured experiments.
• Coordinate with Credit Card, Rewards, Payments, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Commercial, and Legal teams to deliver a coherent customer experience.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party financing providers and ensure integrations, disclosures, terms, and promotional claims remain accurate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer fintech, payments, lending, or e-commerce checkout.
• Experience owning product plans and requirements against defined outcomes and executing autonomously.
• Experience with third-party integrations or vendors and partner relationship management.
• Detail-oriented approach to edge cases, disclosures, system states, and operational constraints.
• Analytical ability to size opportunities, diagnose problems, interpret test results, and work directly with data.
• Technical fluency sufficient to contribute to discussions with engineers about system behavior; coding is not required.
• Clear communication and ability to build credibility with engineering, design, and business partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
