Solutions Engineer - East Coast

What you will do

• Scope partner engagements, define objectives and success criteria, and prepare technical documentation for the sales process.
• Present technology demos and act as the technical bridge between Business Development and Engineering.
• Own partner integrations end-to-end, designing tailored solutions and coordinating internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot partner issues, reproduce problems, identify root causes, and advocate for partners within Engineering.
• Use SQL, Tableau, and reporting tools to present actionable growth opportunities.
• Manage multiple partner engagements and implement process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a similar role.
• 4+ years of programming experience with Node or an equivalent language.
• 4+ years of experience with HTTP, HTML, XML, and REST APIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the travel or travel insurance industry.
