What you will do

• Construct a real-time digital twin of renewable generation and customer demand.
• Develop messaging interfaces with third-party providers.
• Build high-volume pipelines for processing customer energy consumption.
• Develop the backend for a world-class consumer energy application.
• Engineer backend infrastructure to support a decentralized platform of smart devices and power trading.

Requirements

• Proven excellence as a Software Engineer, ideally with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to define and build complex, highly-available production systems.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, specifically AWS CDK.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take full ownership of projects.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the Energy sector.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing products.
