Senior ML Compiler Engineer (AI Accelerators)

hirify.global is building custom AI accelerator chips and a full-stack execution engine combining hardware, compiler, and runtime technologies for high-speed large language model inference.

What you will do

• Develop the machine learning compiler stack for hirify.global’s AI acceleration hardware.
• Enable industry-leading performance for the latest large language models on hirify.global accelerators.
• Define the compiler’s intermediate representation, lowering strategy, optimisation passes, and execution model.
• Collaborate with hardware, driver-runtime, and machine learning engineers through hardware-software co-design.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience and a degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing machine learning compilers with industry-standard technologies such as MLIR or TVM.
• Current knowledge of machine learning techniques and technologies.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and performance optimisation.
• Excellent C/C++ skills and solid experience with standard development tools and technologies.
• Creative, innovative, and ownership-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
