What you will do
- Optimize models for real-time use by hundreds of thousands of users.
- Design and implement distributed training strategies to improve resource efficiency on large GPU clusters.
- Collaborate with ML researchers to ensure model architectures are performant from the design phase.
- Develop tools to identify performance bottlenecks and stability issues in training and serving environments.
- Pioneer innovative system designs to enhance performance metrics across infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on ML performance.
- Deep insight into modern machine learning architectures and distributed training/inference.
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TF, or JAX.
- Experience with Triton and NVIDIA GPU ecosystems and optimization stacks.
- Track record of owning projects end-to-end.
- Highly metric-based problem-solving mindset.
