Software Architect (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Define enterprise architecture strategy, technology roadmaps, engineering standards, and governance processes aligned with business growth.
• Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance cloud-native SaaS platforms, distributed systems, and microservices architectures using Node.
• Establish secure architecture patterns covering authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, encryption, audit logging, and secrets management.
• Design platform capabilities for observability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, multi-region readiness, automated scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Define API architecture standards and integration frameworks for internal platforms and external systems.
• Document architectural decisions, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineering teams on scalable software design and architecture best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 6 years in hands-on architecture roles delivering scalable enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Extensive experience with Node, distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven integrations, and high-growth cloud-native applications.
• Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD automation, and tools such as Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, indexing, caching, scalable data processing, and search architecture.
• Experience designing secure enterprise systems and implementing authentication, authorization, encryption, secrets management, audit logging, observability, resiliency, and disaster recovery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elasticsearch and scalable querying solutions.
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails, Golang, or additional backend technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and fast-paced product engineering environments.
