What you will do

• Partner with the founders to develop and execute strategic initiatives across the business.
• Scope, prioritize, and deliver solutions for critical product, sales, customer success, and operations problems.
• Build a deep understanding of the product and business to anticipate needs and identify future opportunities.
• Design and oversee scalable operational processes that support growth.
• Coordinate initiatives across Product/Tech, Legal/Compliance, Risk, Capital Markets, and Growth.
• Run experiments, advance ideas from concept to implementation, and help build teams for long-term growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of total experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking.
• 1–2+ years in strategy, business operations, or an entrepreneurial role within fintech, vertical SaaS, or financial services.
• Proven stakeholder and project management experience, including direct client interaction.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in product-centric environments.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems into scalable solutions and influence senior leaders, including C-level stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on action, experimentation, and measurable impact.
