TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (AI) (AI agents and product design): Owning the end-to-end design of a core public transportation platform area while building agentic tools that transform the design workflow with an accent on complex systems, working prototypes, and human-agent collaboration. Focus on orchestrating agents through product cycles, defining quality checks, and designing AI-powered product experiences.
Location: Israel; hybrid work with employees expected in the office 3 days a week

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design of a significant core product area, from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Build and maintain the agents, skills, commands, and internal tools used by the design team.
- Prototype clickable, testable experiences by orchestrating agents and reviewing, steering, and refining their output.
- Define which work is delegated to agents, where human review is required, and how the workflow can be repeated by others.
- Run prototyping sprints, office hours, pairing sessions, internal demos, and documentation to support adoption of new workflows.
- Establish quality checks for agent-generated work and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing complex systems or platforms.
- Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving skills, and impact; a portfolio link is required.
- Demonstrated leadership in transforming how design teams work.
- Working familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript sufficient to steer and correct agent output.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, including prompts, specifications, and documentation.
- Individual contributor role with mentoring responsibilities and no people management.
Nice to have
- Workflow orchestration experience with n8n, MCP servers, scripting, or CI.
- Experience designing AI or agentic product experiences.
- Public work such as a repository, plugin, collection of skills, or written perspective on agentic design.
