Associate Data Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Complete hirify.global’s official training and certification path on the hirify.global Platform and logical architectures.
• Identify opportunities to optimize internal Customer Success workflows.
• Design, test, and implement small automation scripts and tools using Generative AI and modern AI APIs.
• Contribute to department projects involving customer success, data science, and product enablement.
• Stay current with technologies and tools in the company’s data ecosystem.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Strong academic foundation in SQL and relational databases.
• Basic proficiency in Python or R.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, or automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and public-speaking skills.
• Awareness of and commitment to applicable information-security policies and procedures.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or another business intelligence tool.
• Experience with AI and agentic ecosystems or basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hackathon participation, personal coding repositories, or data-related competitions.
• Experience attending customer meetings or writing technical documentation.
• Foreign language skills.
