Senior Security Architect - AI/CI

Location: Onsite in Lehi, Utah, United States; work from the Lehi, UT office is expected.

Annual base salary: $131,000–$197,000 USD, with possible incentive pay and equity.

What you will do

• Define, promote, and threat-model secure design patterns across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Advise product, platform, and engineering teams on security architecture, risk trade-offs, and secure development practices.
• Partner with Security Operations to improve infrastructure telemetry, scalable data pipelines, and detection logic using platforms such as Splunk.
• Design and deploy security automation with Python and APIs.
• Lead system hardening, Linux security, identity management, and network segmentation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in security engineering and experience designing and implementing real-world security solutions.
• Expertise in public and hybrid cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep knowledge of network segmentation, identity and access management, and zero-trust principles.
• Hands-on experience with Linux system hardening, production-grade Python automation, and SIEM or logging platforms such as Splunk or ELK.
• Ability to evaluate complex architectures, negotiate security and delivery trade-offs, and communicate recommendations to engineers and leadership.
• Ability to work onsite in Lehi, Utah, in accordance with company policies.
