TL;DR
Clinical Specialist (Medical Devices): Supporting non-invasive patient monitoring applications at customer sites, training clinical staff, and developing long-term customer partnerships with an accent on hospital procedures, product demonstrations, and clinical support. Focus on trial measurement applications, documenting customer feedback in CRM, collaborating with service and marketing teams, and traveling across the assigned region at least 50% of the time.

Location: Austria — Remote; travel within the assigned region is required for at least 50% of working time.

What you will do

  • Support trial applications involving measurement parameters and products for non-invasive patient monitoring at customer sites.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare customers.
  • Train clinical and nursing staff at hospitals and the company’s training center.
  • Present products in workshops, trade fairs, and congresses.
  • Document and forward customer feedback through the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Service, and national and international teams.

Requirements

  • Background in healthcare or a clinical/medical field, such as nursing or paramedicine.
  • Medical understanding and knowledge of hospital procedures.
  • Confident, personable communication and the ability to develop customer solutions collaboratively.
  • Fluent German and good knowledge of English.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
