TL;DR
HR Specialist (Manufacturing): Managing employee lifecycle operations, high-volume recruitment, payroll inputs, HR data, compliance documentation, and benefits support with an accent on labor-law compliance, workforce reporting, and direct-labor hiring. Focus on coordinating production ramp-up recruitment, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting payroll, attendance, social insurance, and mandatory training processes.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-exempt positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
- Build candidate pipelines for production ramp-up, volume hiring, and replacement needs.
- Prepare employment contracts and coordinate probation, confirmation, transfers, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, attendance, leave, overtime, shift, payroll, and benefits information.
- Support labor compliance, statutory reporting, inspections, audits, and documentation checks.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, workforce metrics, training schedules, and certification records while supporting employees and managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
- Experience with HR information systems and HR reporting.
- Working knowledge of Vietnam labor law, payroll processes, social insurance, and employee records requirements.
- Good written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or industrial environments.
- Experience with high-volume or direct-labor recruitment for non-exempt positions.
