Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Gaming)

Location: Ha Noi, Vietnam; hybrid schedule with remote work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

What you will do

• Represent Talent Acquisition with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, advising on hiring needs, priorities, timelines, assessments, and talent-market conditions.
• Lead complex and high-priority searches, including senior and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Vietnam Talent Acquisition team through goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Own recruitment quality, consistency, candidate experience, stakeholder partnership, and escalation handling across the team.
• Improve recruitment standards, processes, templates, tools, scalability, team capacity, and productivity.
• Guide employer-branding and talent-attraction initiatives in partnership with People Operations and local and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 2+ years of people management or team-lead experience.
• Strong IT recruitment experience and hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience handling complex, senior, and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills.
• Strong English communication skills are required for collaboration with local and global teams. Working knowledge of ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technologies is also required.
