What you will do
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team, driving technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Own the cloud infrastructure strategy across multi-cloud environments, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Define and execute the DevOps roadmap covering infrastructure architecture, automation, CI/CD, observability, and operational practices.
- Partner with R&D, Product, and Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Lead infrastructure and architectural decisions, including the evaluation and adoption of cloud technologies and open-source solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of DevOps experience, including leadership or technical leadership in high-scale distributed systems.
- 2+ years of experience leading DevOps initiatives and mentoring engineers in Linux-based production environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, containerized environments, and microservices architectures.
- Experience managing infrastructure across multi-cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go, plus experience with cloud cost optimization and resource governance.
- Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
