Staff AI Engineer (Data Analytics & Modeling)

Salary: $188,000–$300,000 USD base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data exploration, analytics, and modeling across large-scale, multi-source datasets.
• Uncover data-driven insights and develop solutions that address complex customer problems.
• Architect, design, develop, and deploy optimized data analytics algorithms, models, and systems.
• Drive agentic AI applications using data processing and analytics pipelines.

Requirements

• In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of data science and machine learning algorithms, including deep learning and reinforcement learning.
• Strong Python programming skills and extensive experience with data analysis and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience designing, training, tuning, and evaluating machine learning models, including LLMs, computer vision, and time series models.
• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, A/B testing, causal inference, and advanced model evaluation.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in a science or engineering field.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable big data applications in a cloud environment.
