Brand and Marketing Lead (Construction Automation)

Location: On-site at Robot Ranch in Austin, Texas

What you will do

• Own the brand, narrative, and channel strategy while maintaining consistency and a high creative quality bar.
• Manage the marketing budget and build the function through contractors, agencies, and future hires.
• Plan and execute announcements and launches across press, social, and owned channels.
• Lead CEO and founder amplification through podcasts, interviews, speaking engagements, and earned media.
• Translate technical work into stories that attract talent, partners, customers, and investors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, creative direction, communications, or a related field.
• Experience owning brand or marketing strategy end to end, managing budgets and external partners, and launching campaigns, announcements, or brands.
• Strong understanding of modern media, social platforms, and distribution.
• Experience in or adjacent to technical, industrial, or hardware-driven companies.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Austin, Texas.
• Portfolio, campaigns, or brands built are required; a resume alone is not sufficient.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, construction, aerospace, defense, or deep tech.
• A strong network across media, creators, and brand agencies.
• Ability to direct production without personally shooting or editing.
• Evidence of building cultural relevance around technical products.
