Country/Regional Creative Manager (Mobile Games)

Location: China, hybrid; focus on Chengdu

hirify.global creates mobile games and apps, including Mob Control, Block Jam, BeReal, and Wizz, and operates a global Growth organization focused on user acquisition, creative production, monetization, and ad tech.

What you will do

• Build one or more squads of local creative operators, including motion designers and Unity/Cocos developers.
• Prioritize and drive creative production for multiple mobile games based on product potential and user acquisition strategy.
• Identify and partner with local vendors and studios to scale creative production.
• Create efficient workflows and processes that maximize production quality and creative impact.
• Analyze creative performance through data-driven insights and optimize production strategies.
• Manage the performance of internal and external creative teams.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as consulting or a startup.
• Understanding of performance marketing and how creatives influence CPI, ROAS, and engagement rates.
• Ability to work autonomously and build a business from scratch.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Chinese required.

• Experience in performance marketing or the mobile gaming industry.
• A personal network in mobile gaming creative production.
