What you will do

• Contribute to engineering work across design, analysis, testing, software development, quality assurance, operations, and mission management.
• Help optimize modern nuclear reactor design and operation.
• Communicate technical concepts across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support critical project milestones, including extended hours and weekends when necessary.
• Drive high-impact contributions in defense, aerospace, nuclear, or related engineering programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in engineering or physics.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in the defense, aerospace, or nuclear industry with a record of high-impact contributions.
• Leadership experience on a project or research team.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Los Angeles and work in person.
• Must meet U.S. Government export-control eligibility requirements: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain the required authorizations.
