Implementation Specialist (Data Protection)

Location: Cairo, Egypt; customer deployments across the EMEA region

What you will do

• Interact directly with clients to review deployments and expand project scope.
• Complete implementation scopes defined with clients and the sales team.
• Validate completed tasks and confirm the final hirify.global solution configuration with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout implementation.
• Support other professional services team members as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data protection experience, preferably with hands-on hirify.global experience.
• At least 2 years of consulting experience.
• Experience with disk and tape storage hardware, including HDS, Dell/EMC, NetApp, Oracle, or Quantum.
• Experience with cloud storage platforms such as Azure, AWS, Oracle, or VMware, and backup and recovery for Microsoft SQL, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Technical experience with Oracle, SAP, or other database platforms, plus previous backup software experience.
• hirify.global certification, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and fluency in Spanish, Italian, or French.
