Digital Engineer (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Onsite at the Apodaca site, Mexico. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

What you will do

• Lead process optimization and digital tool enhancements aligned with business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional projects, including priorities, responsibilities, milestones, and delivery.
• Support the SAP S/4HANA system lifecycle across design, implementation, testing, and ongoing enhancements.
• Develop business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Provide stakeholder training, guidance, documentation, and change-adoption support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 4+ years of experience in digital transformation projects.
• Intermediate English proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience creating dashboards with Power Apps.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without employment visa sponsorship.
