TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (Ecommerce): Driving large-scale technology programs across business and Global Technology Services teams with an accent on infrastructure, data strategy, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on designing shared platforms and services, improving data quality, coordinating complex implementations, and communicating program outcomes to senior leadership.
Location: Bengaluru, India. Hybrid work requires at least 3 days in the office per week, with up to 2 days working from home; onsite and remote work models may also apply depending on the role.

What you will do
- Define, streamline, design, and analyze business requirements with multiple business teams.
- Partner with Global Technology Services and engineering teams to perform functional, technical, data, and systems analysis.
- Own and deliver multiple large-scale, complex programs across organizations.
- Develop specifications and multi-year visions spanning multiple feature teams.
- Establish data strategies, improve data quality, and design service and infrastructure scenarios.
- Improve customer feedback systems and contribute to ecosystem design.
Requirements
- 13–15 years of related work experience.
- Expert knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques, and processes, including PPM.
- Experience with data center, compute, network infrastructure, and IT service delivery.
- Proven ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, costs, timelines, and deliverables in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, executive presentation, and cross-group collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in data center or network infrastructure program or project management.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- Knowledge of resource management tools and experience influencing without authority.
