What you will do
- Monitor service quality and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Support day-to-day service management operations and coordinate client requests.
- Engage with clients, gather feedback, address basic concerns, and provide service issue updates.
- Assist with incident and request resolution using standard operating procedures.
- Maintain service documentation and knowledge databases.
- Generate service reports and coordinate resources for service delivery and allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2+ years in a similar role.
- Experience in service and program management.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management.
- Ability to stay current with industry knowledge and technology.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- PMP or ITIL certification.
