Fullstack Engineer / Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY; hiring is limited to NYC and the tri-state area. The office is located in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood.

Salary: $160,000–$215,000 annually, plus benefits, signing bonus, and equity.

What you will do

• Build product features end to end, from web interfaces to distributed backend services.
• Design, deliver, and operate features used by thousands of clients around the clock.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party software and infrastructure, including payments and mobility stacks.
• Collaborate with Product, User Experience, and engineering colleagues in cross-functional teams.
• Improve automation, processes, system quality, and engineering culture.
• Contribute to early technology and implementation decisions.

Requirements

• 4–10+ years of experience working with high-performing engineering teams and delivering production software.
• Strong server-side programming experience with databases, messaging, REST, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Modern web development experience with TypeScript, design systems, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js.
• Experience working with Product and Design in cross-functional agile teams.
• Hands-on cloud application development experience, preferably with AWS.
• Proven experience delivering complex, highly available, and scalable distributed systems.
