Legal Counsel (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

hirify.global develops an autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure resource management platform that helps enterprises optimize production environments and reduce cloud costs.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, procurement, partnership, referral, consulting, NDA, and GDPR-related documents.
• Provide legal support to Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D teams on contracts and day-to-day business matters.
• Maintain and improve privacy and data protection compliance practices under global regulations.
• Support employment-related matters and draft HR documents and policies.
• Identify legal risks, conduct legal research, and develop practical, business-oriented solutions with the Legal Lead and external counsel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a leading university and qualification to practice law in Israel.
• 3–5+ years of legal experience in a startup or technology company.
• Experience with commercial law, privacy, corporate matters, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CPRA, U.S. state privacy laws, or HIPAA.
• Corporate legal experience.
