Location: Hybrid in San Antonio, Texas, United States. U.S. citizenship is required, and the role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with an appropriate polygraph. Occasional travel for customer engagements and operational support is expected.
Salary: $137,000–$203,000 base annually; estimated total compensation of $149,000–$240,000 including target bonus and estimated equity value.

What you will do
- Conduct Digital Network Exploitation and Analysis (DNEA) or Exploitation Analyst cyber operations and intelligence analysis.
- Perform network analysis, persona development, and threat actor attribution using traditional methods and AI-enhanced graph database systems.
- Translate operational workflows and government customer needs into technical requirements and development priorities.
- Validate AI-powered graph database applications with cyber operators across defensive and offensive missions.
- Gather feedback on user interfaces and workflows, and create operator training materials and documentation.
- Lead customer engagements, technical demonstrations, and collaboration with government stakeholders on capability gaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in cyber operations and intelligence analysis within U.S. Government military or intelligence organizations.
- Expert knowledge of DNEA and Exploitation Analyst methodologies and tools, including defensive and offensive cyber operations.
- Experience with multi-domain intelligence analysis, network protocols, exploitation techniques, persona development, and threat actor attribution.
- Knowledge of graph-based analysis, AI/ML applications in cyber operations, cloud security, IoT and WiFi exploitation, electromagnetic spectrum operations, and data visualization.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, brief senior leadership, lead operational teams, and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship and an active or maintainable TS/SCI security clearance with appropriate polygraph are required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience is required.

- Experience transitioning from operational roles to product development or requirements engineering.
- Government acquisition, training and doctrine development, defense contractor, or public-private partnership experience.
- Publications, presentations, or advanced technical certifications in cyber operations or intelligence analysis.
