Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Build and scale LLM-powered product experiences used daily by healthcare professionals across Europe.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept through production, shaping technical direction and product strategy.
• Design systems for prompting, orchestration, evaluation, retrieval, agentic workflows, speech, and model infrastructure.
• Own AI projects end to end, including product thinking, architecture, deployment, and production iteration.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to create reliable and practical AI experiences.
• Improve performance, latency, reliability, and cost-efficiency across the AI stack while evaluating new models and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2–4 years primarily building and shipping LLM-powered products.
• Hands-on experience applying modern LLMs in production and building agentic workflows or complex multi-step LLM systems.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or owning major AI product areas with high autonomy.
• Experience with evaluation pipelines, model monitoring, or AI reliability systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, or similar tooling.
• Product mindset, experience in fast-moving startup environments, and a collaborative, low-ego approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with speech-to-text, voice AI, or multimodal models.
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Experience fine-tuning or training LLMs.

Hiring process

• Screening interview with Talent Acquisition.
• Technical interviews with the Engineering team.
• System Design interview at the Stockholm office, followed by a CTO and Co-Founder interview.
