VIP Host (iGaming)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $68,000–$85,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Build and manage trusted relationships with highly engaged players.
• Drive new business revenue through player engagement and account development.
• Manage communications, local events, escalations, promotions, and game offerings.
• Lead player reactivation initiatives to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Collect player feedback to identify platform improvements and business opportunities.
• Apply VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or another customer-facing role.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make quick decisions using data and trends.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license from the appropriate US state agency may be required.
