Forward Deployed Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global HQ in Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

• Deploy, integrate, and optimize the healthcare platform in customer environments.
• Debug complex problems across infrastructure, APIs, data flows, RPA, and configuration.
• Write pragmatic code to adapt and extend systems for customer-specific use cases.
• Collaborate directly with clinicians, partners, and internal teams to remove deployment blockers.
• Shape product abstractions that make future rollouts more valuable and reliable.
• Identify, automate, and improve deployment processes to support scalable delivery.

Requirements

• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
• Solid coding experience in Python, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience integrating or deploying complex healthcare products.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation in web or Windows environments.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, move quickly, take ownership, and act decisively.
• Fluent English is required; German or other language skills are a plus.

Hiring process

• Screening interview with Talent Acquisition.
• Technical interviews with the Engineering team, followed by an on-site system design interview.
• Follow-up interview with the CTO and Co-Founder; a background check is conducted before hiring.
