What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions, from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as the first recruiter based in the Florida office.
• Support selected People Operations activities and act as a local resource for the growing team.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must meet applicable ITAR requirements for access to restricted space technology and technical data.
• Experience and skill level will determine the appropriate level and final base salary.
• Must complete reference and background checks and employment eligibility verification.
