AI Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; on-site at the company HQ

What you will do

• Design and build a full-stack, LLM-driven application spanning intuitive UI and backend model integration.
• Monitor and improve a highly utilized LLM application in production.
• Integrate advances in LLMs, infrastructure, and user feedback into the product.
• Own feature delivery end to end, from ideation through deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to drive user outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong background in AI engineering, particularly LLM-centric products.
• Proven experience shipping production-grade applications, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes.
• Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to solve complex problems collaboratively.
• Ability to work primarily from the Stockholm office.
• CV must be submitted in English; a background check will be conducted before hiring.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# for Windows applications and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience integrating GPT, Whisper, or similar speech and language models.
• Experience in healthcare technology or regulated environments.

Hiring process

• Screening interview with Talent Acquisition.
• Technical interviews with the engineering team, followed by an on-site system design interview.
• Follow-up interview with the CTO and Co-Founder.
