Senior Data and Product Analyst (Salesforce)

Salary: $82,000–$98,000 annually, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead data strategy, governance, and Salesforce data architecture to build scalable, high-quality systems.
• Analyze complex data from multiple sources and produce actionable insights, executive-ready reports, and dashboards.
• Own the full product lifecycle for Salesforce enhancements, from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration.
• Design and optimize Salesforce automation, integrations, and CRM improvements.
• Collaborate with program teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners on data-sharing solutions and service-delivery measurement.
• Build automated reporting processes, mentor team members, and promote data best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product management, or a related field.
• Advanced Salesforce administration, CRM design, SQL, and Python or R skills.
• Experience delivering end-to-end technology and analytics solutions.
• Strong dashboard and data-visualization experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
• Experience implementing data governance and reporting best practices.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and commitment to advancing equity through data and technology.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator certification, including NPSP.
• Experience with Flow, SOQL, Apex, AI/ML, geospatial analytics, or Agile methodologies.
• Spanish, Vietnamese, or another language commonly spoken in the Houston region.
