What you will do
- Define product vision and manage the product development process for cybersecurity and fraud solutions.
- Create feature sets, business stories, and user stories.
- Work with relevant teams and stakeholders to prepare product specifications and design documentation.
- Research cybersecurity and fraud solutions and lead vendor selection activities, including POCs, RFIs, RFPs, and vendor discussions.
- Manage post-launch activities such as post-mortems, production issue resolution, backlog management, sprint reviews, retrospectives, operationalization, and benefits realization.
- Identify product improvements and continuously optimize product value and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business development, finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity and/or fraud management.
- Background in product and project management.
- Strong knowledge of fraud and security risks, fraud typologies, and emerging trends affecting fraud and financial crime.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Organized and able to work independently.
