Senior Manager, Retailer Vertical

What you will do

• Lead the setup and execution of client projects, including analysis of sales data, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure timely, accurate service delivery aligned with client needs and quality standards.
• Consult with clients on business concerns and provide data-based insights and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct external presentations and support client satisfaction and business growth.
• Track industry trends, competition, and opportunities across retail and FMCG markets.
• Lead and coach team members while building expertise and a succession pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is desirable.
• 8+ years of research or marketing experience in market research, FMCG, or retailing companies.
• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader or people manager.
• In-depth knowledge of at least two major FMCG food categories and basic understanding of FMCG planning, marketing, sales, and trade marketing.
• Strong analytical, logical, consulting, commercial, and presentation skills.
• Good written and spoken English required.
