Focus on optimizing model deployment, designing systems for ambiguous and evolving requirements, and enabling reliable CI/CD for AI workloads.
Location: Remote across North America; positions are also available in the San Francisco office.

What you will do
- Build production-grade distributed systems for processing large datasets and supporting ML, AI, and LLM workloads.
- Optimize deployment of heterogeneous model sets, including small, medium, and large language models.
- Develop frameworks for rapid experimentation, model training, and model validation.
- Build CI/CD and supporting systems for reliable production model delivery.
- Manage data and enable the training and validation of new models.
- Design maintainable systems that can support future changes and expansion.
Requirements
- Experience building production-grade distributed systems.
- Experience processing large datasets and working with ML, AI, or LLM systems.
- Ability to design and build systems with ambiguous requirements while anticipating future changes.
- Evidence of delivering software in academic or industry settings.
- Ability to work remotely from North America or in the San Francisco office.
