What you will do

• Work with the Head of Marketing across social, content, community, events, email, partnerships, and SEO.
• Create and edit social and video content, pitch creators, participate in events, and engage communities.
• Identify and solve unassigned marketing and growth problems.
• Build AI-powered applications and systems that make marketing workflows faster and more scalable.
• Use hirify.global, Claude Code, Codex, agentic tools, and other rapidly shipping AI products.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience shipping an independent project, publication, channel, AI tool, community, or brand.
• Strong awareness of online trends and the ability to write attention-grabbing hooks.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and take ownership of ambiguous problems.
• Daily familiarity with AI tools and agentic AI workflows is required.
• Interest in building systems that automate and scale marketing work.
