Sr. Subject Matter Expert - Analytics & Reporting

What you will do

• Lead implementation and client onboarding activities using Clearwater methodologies and the Client Engagement Model.
• Apply expertise in investment accounting, securities, financial markets, and regulatory or market regimes such as Solvency II, US insurance, IM, Local GAAP, or Canadian insurance.
• Use dashboards, Report Manager, formulas, advanced grouping, and filtering to support accounting and investment reporting.
• Develop solutions, user stories, training materials, standard operating procedures, and whitepaper contributions.
• Collaborate with global teams, project stakeholders, product management, and development teams to resolve issues and improve the onboarding experience.
• Establish repeatable and scalable processes that reduce delivery timeframes and improve client outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures, equities, fixed income, and structured products.
• Experience with securities or financial markets, including derivatives, alternatives, structured products, or fixed income.
• Advanced experience with general ledger systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft and period-end close processes.
• Advanced project management and leadership skills, with strong Excel, Microsoft Office, communication, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
