Risk Division Head (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the Chief Risk Officer in designing, embedding, and continuously improving risk management functions.
• Lead enterprise-wide operational risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and oversight.
• Implement and oversee risk tools including RCSA, Project Risk Assessment, Key Risk Indicators, Incident Management, and Issue and Action Management.
• Develop, review, and enhance the Risk Management Framework, policies, guidelines, and operational risk strategies.
• Review risk reports, gap analyses, contracts, policies, and regulatory changes, escalating key risks and non-compliance issues to senior management and the Board.
• Lead business planning for Risk Management and collaborate with cross-functional teams on short-, mid-, and long-term strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in risk management, operational risk, or governance, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, tools, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and lead cross-functional teams.
