What you will do

• Construct and manage a long-short portfolio of European SMID cap equities.
• Select companies trading at significant discounts to fundamental value and identify catalysts for shareholder value creation.
• Generate original investment ideas through deep fundamental research and analysis of industry and market dynamics.
• Engage actively with company management teams and form independent views using corporate, sell-side, and market information.
• Make all investment decisions and manage portfolio construction, volatility, and risk across every trading-book line.
• Collaborate with the broader team of portfolio managers and analysts within a collegiate investment environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Portfolio Manager, or 10+ years as an Investment Analyst or Assistant Portfolio Manager.
• Proven, shareable, and verifiable investment track record.
• Clearly defined, robust, and repeatable investment process.
• Strong research skills and deep fundamental understanding of covered companies.
• Ability to construct a market-neutral portfolio and effectively manage volatility and broader market risk.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
