ECM Portfolio Manager (Equity Capital Markets)

What you will do

• Expand hirify.global’s Equity Capital Markets investment strategy across the APAC region.
• Build and deepen relationships with private equity sponsors, equity advisors, corporates, state entities, and other market stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day ECM operations and maintain engagement with equity syndicate desks.
• Lead live deal engagement and market sounding procedures.
• Evaluate and decide on deal participation within the ECM Core strategy mandate.
• Execute aftermarket opportunities and expand participation in bilateral trades, club deals, and other bespoke ECM transactions.

Requirements

• Experienced Portfolio Manager with expertise relevant to Equity Capital Markets investing.
• Experience with risk-taking responsibilities within an ECM investment mandate.
• Ability to lead live ECM deal interactions and market sounding.
• Capability to develop market and stakeholder relationships across the APAC region.
• Ability to coordinate with global ECM investment teams and internal and external stakeholders.
