What you will do

• Capture authentic, lo-fi, iPhone-native content in the office and with team members and founders.
• Direct, shoot, and produce short-form videos while coaching people appearing on camera.
• Edit mobile-first videos with captions, pacing adjustments, and trend-driven effects.
• Develop and execute short-form content concepts from start to finish.
• Monitor TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and social culture to identify trends, sounds, hooks, and emerging formats.
• Track performance metrics, collaborate with marketing and design, and iterate content to improve reach, shares, and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating viral content with significant reach and shareability.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and social media dynamics.
• Strong storytelling, creative direction, and concept development skills.
• Proficiency with mobile-first editing tools such as CapCut and VN.
• Strong interest in and knowledge of health and performance.
• Analytical, self-directed approach with the ability to own projects end-to-end.
