What you will do

• Own creative strategy across campaign concepts, content IPs, format innovation, organic social, paid media, video, and in-product surfaces.
• Translate product truths, customer insights, and the AI coding ecosystem into compelling creative ideas.
• Lead major campaigns and launches from brief and concept through execution with copywriters, designers, and video creators.
• Build a repeatable creative testing engine by forming hypotheses, shipping variants, analyzing performance, and scaling successful work.
• Research trends, communities, culture, competitors, and creative whitespace to keep campaigns distinctive.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, and Content on messaging, channel performance, and creative consistency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or creative-led marketing at a high-growth technology company, agency, or media brand.
• A portfolio of shipped campaigns or content IPs with demonstrated performance.
• Ability to move from insight to concept, brief, and finished asset while maintaining a high standard of craft.
• Strong understanding of internet culture and creative performance across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and short-form video.
• Comfort with data-informed iteration, technical concepts, AI agents, and emerging products.
• Ability to own multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines.
