What you will do
- Own Israel's public policy strategy by identifying regulatory risks, legislative threats, and business opportunities.
- Build senior relationships with ministries, regulators, Knesset members, mayors, and municipal leadership.
- Engage with regulatory authorities on platform-economy growth, labor policy, and expansion into regulated product categories.
- Support the responsible introduction of new technologies, including autonomy-related initiatives.
- Align public policy positioning and public perception with the Communications team.
- Manage external government-relations agencies, consultants, and other third-party advisors.
Requirements
- 12+ years of public policy experience in the public or private sector, ideally both.
- Degree in law, public policy, political science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Established network and credibility with senior Israeli government officials, regulators, and Knesset members.
- Experience with or strong understanding of labor and platform-economy policy, regulatory authorities, and external agency management.
- Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English are required.
- Ability to work independently at a senior level and collaborate with Legal, Communications, and other cross-functional teams.

- Legal background or degree.
- Experience working within a global or matrixed corporate structure.
