Data Analyst (CRM Operations)

What you will do

• Execute operational workflows supporting paid customer service offerings.
• Help customers streamline data management, reduce manual work, and improve operational speed.
• Monitor partner and internal portals, process referrals, and route leads to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate recurring data and status updates with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain data accuracy across multiple platforms through audits, record updates, and data hygiene practices.
• Support pipeline reporting, CRM configuration, workflow automation, and operational process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, partner management, or go-to-market operations.
• Experience executing complex, structured workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, including data fields, permissions, layouts, and automation.
• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining data consistency across different systems.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to draft tailored professional correspondence.
• Ability to manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational cadences independently.
