Data Information Analyst (Data Management)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, stakeholders, and Data Consumers to understand data points and requirements.
• Execute the Global Data Definition process and express requirements in ING’s global data language.
• Create and test functional and technical source-to-target mappings and support the adoption of data models.
• Define and support requirements for data quality, data lineage, data governance, monitoring, and platform controls.
• Solve complex IT challenges through solution designs and contribute to data management standards and guidelines.
• Maintain the product backlog, plan releases, manage delivery expectations, and mitigate impediments affecting sprint goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT process and/or tooling implementation.
• Intermediate experience with data management, data warehousing, data modeling, data architecture, data mapping, and data profiling in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into functional designs or processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, influencing, consulting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business.

Nice to have

• Banking and product knowledge, especially experience with finance or risk.
• Consulting experience.
